The process could not have been easier. They dropped the bins off (with dollies) right to our front door. We rented for two weeks to give extra time for packing & unpacking. When it came time to pick up, they were incredibly communicative about arrival time. I love the environmentally friendly nature of this business, we literally did not use a single cardboard box for our move. Plus the bins are so much more sturdy than cardboard anyway. On top of all this, I came across a coupon the day after I paid for the rental and they honored the discount and reimbursed me right away! Will not hesitate to use again and tell all my friends!
