Regarding customer service.I wrote to them immediately after receiving my order, there was a minor defect on one of the items in the order.I got an automatic message saying they will handle the problem in a day or two.I’ve sent them a few more messages asking what’s happening, because not receiving an answer.Eventually after weeks I received a message saying I could do a complaint, on-line.Update:I’ve received replies and the complaint is taken care of by customer service.
