As an exchange student I live in Sweden for half a year. Placed an order for approximately 150 Swedish crowns. However, I couldn't pick up my packet since you need a Swedish bank account for that (??). Called Stadium (since there are NO OTHER fast contact options), in order to be able to pick up my order. These 13 minutes has cost me 15 EUROS. It was never mentioned to me that the call would cost money. Found an e-mail address and explained my situation. They aren't willing to meet me halfway and at least pay back the phone costs partly. Disgusting way to treat your customers, will never buy something here again, and would advice other people to not do so either.
