I have reached out numerous times in regards to a stamp I purchased over a month ago and have still not received even an order ID or tracking number. I emailed this company three different times over the last two weeks with no response. Not only that, you can’t even leave a review on their actual website unless you’re verified. They can post all over their socials for new purchases but can’t handle the paying customers they already have. I highly recommend anyone to use any other site, even Amazon. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
