Issue on the website which I told the company about before ordering, and they gave me instructions of what to do before I ordered to ensure that my order would be correct. I did not receive the correct order, and I have been going back and forth with customer service for a week to get the issue resolved. THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE RECORD OF MY ORDER IN THE SYSTEM!! I keep telling them the same thing over and over and no one can grasp the concept of there being a problem with my order. Waste of $50. I have asked them multiple times for a phone number so I can speak to someone instead of emailing, and they will not provide it to me. The product itself is good (when it’s right) and I had ordered from them before with no issues, but I will never be doing that again.
