I cancelled my order within an hour of placing it on a Sunday. I found out the receipent already ahd two embossers, so she didnt need a 3rd. I sent an email. I sent another email Monday morning. Monday afternoon I got a tracking link. I sent another email. Tuesday I got another automatic message it has been shipped. No phone number. Noone replied to any of the emails. I would not order from them. I am contacting my credit company.
