I ordered an item on 4/27/25 and was charged for it. As of 5/9/25 it still hasn't shipped, even though their website says it'll be delivered in 3-7 business days. I sent them an email and filled out a comment form on their website to see what's going on. I've had no reply, and both times I received an auto-email back from "Sofa Guard" saying they received my email, which really makes me think these guys are a scam and I'm never getting my money back.
