I was really looking forward to purchasing a book embosser for my girlfriend for Christmas. The quality appeared to be excellent, and they even included some stickers and a case at no extra charge. However, after placing the order, I realized it was being sent to my previous address instead of my current one. I’m not sure if it was an issue with the app or something else, but I reached out to them immediately to request a change or a refund so I could reorder. A week and four emails later, I've received no response at all. They have already shipped the order to the old address, and I doubt I’ll receive it in time for Christmas, if at all. The total lack of communication from them is shocking. Don’t count on getting any help if you encounter issues. It feels like a complete scam.
