The desktop program takes one or two minutes to calculate the price. This POS system has been wasting my time for the second year in a row. You have to wait for something that even a first grader could calculate. You enter the weight and dimensions, there is already a table for this on USPS.com, and you should instantly get a price. This is not smart and not professional management. They simply do not care.Phone support says that about 50 percent of their calls are about this same problem. Instead of fixing it, managers waste our time and the company’s money on support staff who only explain why waiting is “normal.” Just one minute sounds small, but I print 30 labels. It is not acceptable to wait an extra 30 minutes every day. My time costs money. AVOID!!!
