I was feeling very stressed about the paypal thing and was about to cancel my Stan subscription BUT Darrie's prompt response and comforting advice made me less stressed - enough to follow his instructions. He even screen grabbed my store's page for me which gave me the confidence that he knew how to solve the problem - which he did. I'm so relieved and pleased.
