Very disappointing experience with Stanbarry.
I purchased a bracelet as a sentimental gift for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely poor — the charm fell off and the bracelet tarnished very quickly after it was given.
To their credit, the company initially responded and offered to arrange a replacement, which I appreciated. However, after I replied with the replacement I would like, communication completely stopped. I have since followed up multiple times, including again last Wednesday, and have received no response whatsoever.
At this point I’m still waiting for any update or confirmation that the replacement will actually be sent.
It’s incredibly frustrating as the bracelet was meant to be a meaningful gift, and while issues can happen with products, the complete lack of communication after offering a resolution is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage the company to improve both their product quality and their customer service.
