Ordered on 19th January, still not received. They gave me incorrect tracking order at first which frightened me as it said order delivered and I hadn’t got it. Correct tracking number shows it went to the wrong delivery office but days go by and nothing changes. Standun don’t reply to emails; unacceptable “customer service”
