It took three weeks for my purchase to ship. When the shoes finally arrived, it was clear they were not authentic. The quality was poor, with bad stitching and loose tags. When I reached out about a return and refund, I was told I wasn’t eligible because it was outside the return window, even though the website states you have 30 days to return. I was only on day 20. Avoid this company unless you want low-quality products and bad customer service.
