If I could rate them lower than one star, I definitely would! I ordered a pair of shoes for my son, but when I tried to return them because they didn't fit, I faced numerous issues. They requested pictures of the sole next to a tape measure, and then took days to respond multiple times. Ultimately, they claimed it was past the 14-day return period and refused to accept the return. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel scammed! Additionally, it took a month for the shoes to arrive, and I paid $165 for a product my son can't wear! Be cautious when buying!
