I left five messages over a month but didn't receive one of the promised callbacks. When I eventually asked the solicitor's assistant to diarise a Zoom meeting, I was there on the dot - but surprise, surprise - he didn't even start the meeting. Staploe's say in their bio above, that they "have a personal and professional approach to expert legal advice" and that they "take pride in understanding our clients’ interests... That is a long way from my experience! If Staploe's decide to reply to this review, I can't wait to read it because I can't see there's any mitigation for wasting a month of my time!
