I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using Staploe Solicitors.
Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. At several points it took up to two weeks to receive a response to emails, which significantly slowed progress and created unnecessary frustration. Clear updates or acknowledgements were rarely provided, meaning long periods of uncertainty while waiting for replies. I lost complete trust in them very early on and vital information was incorrect throughout.
It was also very difficult to reach anyone by phone or email. On multiple occasions I called several times in a single day (sometimes up to four attempts) without getting through to anyone who could assist. This lack of accessibility made it extremely challenging to resolve issues or get timely updates. They often would not respond to emails and said they would call back but never did.
Overall, the process was made far slower and more stressful than it needed to be due to the lack of communication and responsiveness. Based on my experience, I would unfortunately recommend that others consider alternative firms.
