Withdrawal Not Received After 2 years
I requested a withdrawal from StarClicks more than 2 years ago, and it is still not received.
The company asked me to submit an economic profile, including:
Scanned ID card
Electricity bill
Tax authority confirmation letter
I submitted all required documents exactly as requested. After that, there has been no progress on my withdrawal.
I contacted support multiple times. Recently, I only received a ticket number, but no clear or valid response from the team. There is no timeline, no explanation, and no solution provided.
This experience is very disappointing and unprofessional. Asking for sensitive documents and then keeping users waiting for months without proper communication is unacceptable.
I hope StarClicks resolves my withdrawal soon and improves their support system. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform.
