My experience with this company has been utterly disappointing. I reached out regarding a missing item, and instead of receiving any assistance, I was met with dismissive, condescending, and outright rude responses from the owner. His attitude throughout the entire interaction was appalling. Rather than addressing my genuine concern, he treated me like an inconvenience he wanted to dismiss. He disregarded everything I mentioned, accused me of having 'patterns' of behavior, and even suggested my emails weren't authentically mine. The arrogance and hostility in his tone were shocking for someone managing a business. What should have been a straightforward discussion about a missing item turned into one of the most unprofessional exchanges I've ever encountered. Instead of listening or offering help, he chose to belittle me, make personal insults, and end the conversation without any intention of resolution. If this is how the owner treats customers with concerns, it speaks volumes about the company. Absolutely unacceptable service and a complete lack of respect. I would strongly advise against using this business.
