I ordered several action figures, but the parcel arrived late (ordered on Friday, delivered the following Thursday). While it was well-packaged, upon inspection, two of the figures were poorly painted, and someone had attempted to conceal cracks with a black pen on one of the cards. After I complained and sent pictures, they informed me that I would need to cover the return shipping to get a refund. It's embarrassing for a business to sell used and damaged items and then expect the customer to pay for return postage. This will definitely be my last order with them, and I caution other collectors to avoid this shop. While the prices seem appealing, the quality of items and after-sales service is lacking.
