Had the impression the company uses inexperienced and unsupervised staff without the necessary supervision. The experience with the company was appalling. They would ask for AML information which we provided, then they would revert to say would we please repeat the submission in a certain format. Why didn't they provide instructions with the first request?? Created so much wasted time.
