Contacted them about a legal matter. They stated that someone would contact me. They did by email asking me to call them back. I did. Left a message for the solicitor that I had called when they had asked. They never responded. Very poor customer service if they can't provide a good service when you are v trying to engage them and give them money I can only guess what it would be like after engaging them.
