Engaged these solicitors to manage the sale of our property. Bad decision. They are slow. They don't communicate. You have to push for updates. They don't advise you that claim x or y from the buyer's solicitor should be rejected / is not required. You get emails saying that your contact is on leave now from x date - no advance warning. Terrible service. Not proactive at all. You don't get the feeling that they are on your side. If I could give a zero rating I would.
