THIS COMPANY (STARCRAFT)DOES NOT LIVE UP TO ITS STANDARDS I placed an order rec'd a confirmation order was coming from USA following after a huge number of texts I got notification to go a notification that the goods were in Lincoln UK on 10/6 nearly one month to get this far. Got fed up called PPal to put a complaint in they asked this company where the cargo was they then without explanation that it was shipped on 26/6/25, that is in excess of one month this lying about the delivery. Following the matter up today I find the goods are in transit with no delivery time I would advise any customer to leave a note on Trust Pilot or any other platform to make people aware that this company has NO customer service at all. I have been caught by this company it is my intention on future to double check any of these companies on Trust Pilot. DO NOT USE STARCRAFT or any other company. This is no reflection of any other company with a similar names. PS lets see if they reply to their failure to answer my question on the delivery and despstch details
