Ordered a pressure washer extension KIT - many pieces that slot together to enable the cleaning of 2nd floor gutters etc. Cost was about £64. Delivery took forever and I ended up with just one extension piece about 18 inches long. Nicely made but useless on it's own. I made contact and after protracted wrangling I was offered a £43 refund, which I accepted but haven't yet had. I will not deal with them again. PayPal has closed the case as I accepted the refund offer.
