The trousers I ordered didn’t fit. I asked for a change and had a prompt reply offering to send me a pair the size I needed. Excellent response…and that is the last I heard. I sent several follow up messages which were all ignored. Awful customer service. If you sell on line you have to allow exchange if the size is wrong.
