When my parcel went missing, in the UK. I contacted the company and did have a moan. However, I'm very impressed with the way the helped above and beyond. Took a couple of weeks and numerous emails. But they replaced my parcel with no charge. Customer services were great, took a bit of time, but we got there in the end. I would definitely use this company again
