Goods not delivered, no updates, complaints ignored. Luckily I paid via PayPal and was able to get a refund through them, but even after I started the action I got endless rubbish from Stardusst telling me they could only refund me if I closed the claim, and that if they didn`t refund me I could complain again (which you can`t, once a case is closed it`s closed for good). I copied every mail they sent me straight over to the PayPal resolution centre, Stardusst didn`t engage with them at all. Have now had my refund confirmed by PayPal, but that`s a month wasted. Don`t buy from this company, you are highly unlikely to receive your items and possibly not a refund either, depending on your payment method. AVOID!!!!!!!
