The one thing I needed for my 8 thousand dollar hearing aids was "SPEACH ENHANCMENT." What I got instead is a ton of background noises, some nice like birds others awful like a loud car while driving.
I have repeatedly asked this company for help.
All they have told me on more than one occasion was reboot app. Which of course I did, more than once. Then they told me to contact my very expensive audiologist for help.
Still do not have the ability to hear people talk, even in quiet environments. I hear better without the stupid hearing aids but still am quite deaf. In reading the reviews most of the companies responses are: Contact the Company or See your audiologist. What a cop out.
I bought one hearing aid for my deaf ear, three years ago. Couldn't wear it due to the same issue. Got my other hearing aid last year. Same problem with both.
