We had a very difficult end to the tenancy with a landlord who was trying to money grab from the deposit. The estate agent, particularly Sophie, was amazing at being impartial but giving really good advice and pushing for a fair resolution. In the end they had our deposit returned in full and didn't need to go to the DPS because of Starkings reasoning with the landlord.Sometimes it's hard to get through to people on the phone as all of the phone numbers take you to a central hub, but Sophie was always there on email. If everyone was able to be like her at Starkings it would definitely be a 5* review.
