Booked a limo as a surprise for my nans 75th birthday. From start to finish very accommodating with the many calls and phone calls! On the day Martin called ahead of his arrival talked me through what to expect from the day. Martin fully understood how special the day was, he made sure to play the song we wanted on arrival, he took pictures, stopped for a comfort break. Happily accommodated an earlier return pick up, was early for this too so no waiting for us. All in all an incredible day really I believe made better by Martin!
