StarPdf is not about customer satisfaction.I was looking for a Pdf editor via Google and found StarPdf. I didn't realize I would be embarked in an automated montly subscription model.I never used their software.2 months later, I noticed their 29,90 eur/month billing on my credit card statements. I gently asked them for a partial refund (at lease 1 month reimbursed). They drastically refused. Sign of very low respect for the long term relationship with me, as potential client. Painful. Most editors gave me a refund in similar cases and me happy and open to use it again in the future. So my advise : be careful with STARPDF!!!
