Live chat is useless. Literally bought items. Bots won't accept trade and they say they can't do anything. Do not use its a con and they steal your money. Just buy from Ebay it's cheaper aswell. Ok so they responded with a list of things they do to help. But they don't do that when your in chat. You literally get the same response and nobody take responsibility. They cannot give refunds so basically say its a system error. Waited 23days and still no joy. Still they won't help with me losing money. Ridiculous so don't listen to their reply they do not try and help. Useless
