Approximately $700 was stolen from my account. What makes this even more suspicious is that the transaction was initiated at 9:00 AM, and by the time I checked my account at 11:00 AM, it had already been completed. This suggests that the transaction was processed and approved almost immediately.
What is particularly frustrating is that the platform takes a significant cut from every transaction made by sellers, yet it fails to provide adequate protection or reliable support in return. Sellers are essentially paying substantial fees without receiving the security and assistance they are entitled to. If the platform profits considerably from its sellers, it should, at the very least, invest in robust seller protection policies and responsive customer support to safeguard their interests.
As a recommendation, the platform should implement stronger security measures for withdrawals, such as two-factor authentication (2FA) or email verification codes that must be confirmed before any withdrawal is processed.
