The service was spotty usually and got worse this last week. We reached out to support and they were ineffective and wouldn't send a technician to determine why rebooting the equipment repeatedly was not a sufficient solution to the service issues we'd been experiencing. We had to resort to using the hot spots through our phones for internet to work from home and stream TV and exercise content. We luckily have other providers to choose from to replace Starry.
