Website is confusing and I ended up with the wrong product. Although I am a repeat customer, I received Poor Customer Service when I contacted the company in that they were quick to blame me, the customer, for the issue instead of asking for more details or what they could do to make things right. So much for "the customer is always right"! They spent more time arguing with me by email (costing them more in personnel costs than what I was asking for). The product is good; although the product is very expensive and shipping/turnaround times are very slow.
