I made a purchase online , but as I was in the uk I realised it would be more cost effective to order the 2 signatures I want in one order. So I placed a 2nd order for the 2 items & emailed immediately to cancel the 1st order However they have refused to refund me - and have since ignored all my emails requesting cancellation (my cancellation was requested within 30 minutes of me placing the order & the order was a pre order for April!!!) Rude and untrustworthy
