This is the worst broker. I made a withdrawal weeks ago and it has still not arrived in my bank. They say it was processed and that my bank has to track it but my bank says it’s the sender’s responsibility. I’ve been passed from pillar to post. I honestly think they just do not want to give me back my own money. I’ve spent hours on this. The withdrawal was only for $200. After all this I just want to withdrawal the rest of the money in my account and use a different broker but I’m afraid I’ll have the same issue and all of my balance will be lost. Do not use this broker. They don’t even have a phone number to call. Just email. It’s beyond frustrating
