If I could give negative stars I really would. It has been 3 weeks since I have tried to create a live ECN account and been declined 5 times. Spoken to the team on 5 different occasions and it still hasn't been resolved. I am surprised people are actually saying that the customer service is good. My apparent 'Account Manager' still hasn't gotten back to me.
