Initially I had a good experience with Lawrence who provided excellent information about the type of mirror I needed in my garden to see the back gate and where it could be positioned. However, the mirror I actually received was substandard. It was loose in the frame and had marks on it. I live in a windy area and didn’t want to annoy the neighbours with a rattling mirror.I reported the problem and asked to return. I sent a pic but it was not clear enough for Diane and she asked for more detailed ones. I was told by Diane that the manufacturers would need to be contacted before they could offer a refund. I was then told it would cost around £20 plus vat for them to collect the damaged item or I could pay the carriage myself to return. I do not think the customer should be paying the return carriage when they have received something faulty esp when I had already paid £8 for postage plus vat to have it sent. £20+ to collect a small item to be returned is absolutely ridiculous. I would not order from them again.
