Really disappointed. You answer some questions which tell you whether you're eligible, then a credit check is done. I passed both which was great. I then spent so much time and effort transferring my business plan to their format, only to be told I am not actually eligible to apply. Why make me complete a credit score only to then tell me I'm not eligible, this can really effect people in other aspects of their lives.
