So unhelpfull.... I signed up years ago with an email address I cant remember and never finished application. I tried to sign up again with my NI number, name and date of birth. Apparently as I dont know this old email I am barred from ever signing up again. Lady on the phone could not have been more unhelpful.Edit: someone on email was super helpful and has managed to help me locate my account.
