When I set up the new platform, it inquired about my funds elsewhere and offered to transfer them, which I accepted, unaware of the $100 transfer fee. The transfer failed, resulting in my account being frozen. The service claimed the new platform needed to cancel the request, but the new platform stated they don’t handle that and the transfer had already failed on their side. Now the service says it's 'escalated internally,' and I still have no access to my own money. They are literally holding my funds because they can’t resolve the issue of unfreezing my account. Avoid this service.
