I just finished my first booking as a host on the platform. It's very simple and user-friendly, with a seamless experience from booking to payment. I plan to continue using this service, but I have some concerns about Customer Support. I tried to reach someone via phone, but received an automated message saying they no longer accept inbound calls. The only option is the online chat, which took nearly 2 hours for an agent to connect. While the platform is great, I believe Customer Support needs significant improvement.
