We bought our statley albion lodge 2 years ago. Since then we have had numerous issues mainly with water ingress and condensation. When we complain they treat us like kids, just send a data sheet out on how to deal with the issue. Well i am in my 60's and find this an insult. They have been out and installed some missing insulation which has helped. The day we moved in the laminate floor had buckled and expanded so the park owner got someone in to fix and remedy a few niggles like doors not shutting and kitchen extractor not working properly. Also the fridge freezer stoped working abd had to claim under warranty. The tumble drier packed up after 18 months and we had to replace at our own exprnce even though it was hardly used. Now we are faced with replacing the patio doors which are not fit for purpose, been leaking since day 1, and that caused the laminate to buckle. Once again they sent a warranty sheet stating we need to check all the outside for defects every 3 months, even though the windows are odd led design and held in under pressure wuth foam seals, no silicone needed with this type mabufactured by Modplan ltd newport. My advice is stere well clear of Statley Albion at all costs..
