I rang Stately and spoke to Lindsey about a loose kitchen tap. She said she’d call back (and did within about 20 mins) saying that Rob would be calling first thing next day to fix it. Rob arrived 9:00 on the dot and fixed the tap, no problem, no drama Thanks for excellent service 👍
