Had SA home as first buyers purchased in 2020 Now got spongy exterior walls as have 16 others on our site of 30.We purchased from Montecarlo Parks and if I knew then what I do now, I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.No service wriggle out of everything and generally a bunch of unprofessional people.Say they haven’t received letters and emails then go underground
