One star is too much. The nail polish began to peel after just two days. When I returned for a fix, they insisted on charging me full price for their poor work. The nail technician was highly unprofessional. The process felt rushed, careless, and painful at times. They clearly prioritized speed over comfort and service quality. The quality was utterly subpar — messy, fragile, and entirely unprofessional. I will not be returning.
