Very poor service!!! My nails were damaged after 6 months shellac treatment, so I decided to hold a break. I have stopped my subscription at the end of Jan, but they still drew the money from my account in Feb. I have called them 4 times, sent 2 emails (never replied), and I went to the stores to talk to the personals twice, the personals promised to refund immediately, but I have been waiting for refund more than 10 days now. Every time I call them, they promise to take action immediately, but nothing happens afterwards!!!
