Beware of being overchagred, it is impossible to get a refund! I have been a regular customer for over 6 months and generally satisfied with the work of the esteticians in most of their salons. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about their customer service... I got overcharged by mistake 3 months ago and since then have discovered what a nighmare it is to deal with the administartion of this company. I have emailed and called multiple times only to be told that I have to wait a few days because the responsible person is not available. They are mostly unresponsive via email and via phone you usually reach one of the sweet ladies at the salon who cannot do anything else but book/cancel appointments. At this point I am not sure a "back office" even exisists...
