One star is still too much. The nail polish began to peel within just two days. When I returned for a remedy, they still insisted on charging me full price for their poor workmanship. The technician was highly unprofessional. The procedure felt rushed, careless, and was painful on several occasions. There was a clear lack of concern for comfort or service quality, with a focus solely on finishing quickly. The quality is utterly disappointing — messy, weak, and completely unprofessional. I will not be returning.
